Sweet, Sweet Boys

A good friend of mine from work took some pictures the other weekend for us!  They turned out so darn cute.  I love these sweet little boy faces so much! Most days I wonder how I got so lucky to have them!

Family picture minus Marissa - She was with her mom for the weekend and couldn't make it back.   I couldn't reschedule so we just went ahead with the show.
Love, Love, LOVE this picture of the boys and I!  It is going in a frame by my bed.  It makes my heart skip a couple of beats every single time I look at it!

Happy Birthday, Mom!

We celebrated my mom's 59th birthday over Easter weekend as well!  It was so much fun with everyone together!
My grandmother and the kids adding 59 candles to the cake!

 Still not done!

Lighting them up... it took two of them!
Singing and blowing out those candle!  She almost blew them all out in ONE big blow!

Easter - Part 2

After, hunting eggs at Grammy's house we came home - EXHAUSTED, of course and we got ready for the Easter Bunny! The Easter Bunny worked hard on these baskets making sure each little boy and teenage girl would love them.
Colin's Basket
Cade's Basket
No picture of Marissa's basket by it's self BECAUSE she decided she needed to stay up late.  Go Figure!
Eggs, Toys, & Boys
The Easter Bunny must have LOVED these boys!

Marissa and her basket!

And she was just as excited about the squinkes as the boys!

Easter - Part 1

Yes, I know how late this! Yes, I know I am super behind in blogging! Yes, I know most of you think I am probably a slacker these days! BUT I promise, I am not! I have been totally busy. Like up to my ears in work. It seems like since we had our Easter Break at school everything has been CRAZY busy and I mean CRAZY busy!! Non-stop, GO, GO, GO! There is a light at the end of the tunnel and I know it. Just the thought of that light makes my whole body tingle, seriously!!

I wanted to share a few pre-Easter, Easter, and Mom's birthday celebration pictures. We celebrated my mom's birthday the weekend of Easter. It was the perfect day to celebrate. My brother, his wife, and youngest daughter were able to come. My grandparents came down as well and we just all had a fun family time. The littles hunted Easter eggs, they could do this for HOURS! We went to dinner, had lots of yummy cake... way more than we needed, and just talked about preparations for my favorite place on Earth, DISNEY!

The littles hunting eggs! Watching them do this was just too much fun and seeing how they could enjoy the same thing, over and over and over again. It just took me right back to be a little girl hunting Easter eggs multiple times during one day. I am sure my parents got just as tired of hiding them as we did, but these are the things they will ALWAYS remember!

Colin was an egg hunting machine. He loved every. single. minute of it!
Cade really enjoyed it as well, but he obviously takes after his mother and is NOT the outdoorsy type at all. He is scared of every. single. bug in sight - even harmless love bugs! He didn't want to pick up the eggs directly off the ground for fear there MIGHT be a bug near. Oh yes, most definitely MY child. Haha!

I tried to get a picture of all three of the littles together and looking at the camera. That didn't happen! No one would look at the camera at the same time and then we had the bright idea to tell them to look up, meaning look up at us with the camera! MISTAKE - seriously, to them that meant look in the sky and see if there are birds and airplanes!
Granny helping Cade and Della hunt eggs!  I think she had as much fun as the kids!
Della and her Easter Eggs!  She would ask before picking each egg up.  It was just too funny!

Colin going through his eggs getting the candy out.  He loved the Starburst!
