More from our baking day!

I promised last night that I would finish up our Baking Day pictures today. Since both boys are still in bed, I thought what a perfect time to do it! I can drink my coffee and enjoy some quiet time.

Everything you need for No Bake Cookies:
Put sugar, cocoa, vanilla, and butter in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil and boil for three minutes (continue to stir while boiling):Remove from heat and add peanut butter and oatmeal:
Mix well:
Then drop onto wax paper and allow to cool:
Our next big baking adventure was Muddy Buddies (aka White Trash). This was the easiest thing ever to make!

Everything you need to make Muddy Buddies or White Trash:
Place 9 cups of Chex Cereal into a large bowl. In a microwave safe bowl put butter, chocolate chips, peanut butter, and vanilla together. Put bowl in the microwave on high for one minute, take out stir and microwave until all ingredients are melted and smooth. Pour mixture over the Chex Cereal, coating evenly. Put coated cereal in a large ziploc bag. Pour powdered sugar on top, close bag, and shake the bag to allow powdered sugar to cover cereal mixture. Pour onto wax paper to dry. Once dry store in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator.
Then we made Christmas Crack or you can be like me and rename it Reindeer Crunch.

Everything you need for Christmas Crack aka Reindeer Crunch at the Plemons House:
Using a baking pan (Choose a shallow pan with sides) cover with foil. Line the foil lined baking pan with saltine crackers (breaking when needed to fill in spots). Turn oven on to preheat at 375 degrees. In a large sauce pan combine brown sugar and butter. Bring to a boil for three minutes. Pour toffee mixture over the top of the saltine crackers. Place in the oven and immediately turn oven down to 350 degrees for 15 minutes (mine did not need 15 minutes as it already began to bubble all over). Remove from oven and cover evenly with chocolate chips. Let it sit for 5 minutes and then spread melted chocolate chips evenly over the crackers/toffee.
Allow time to cool (I placed mine in the refrigerator). Break into pieces and eat!
Last but not least... Peanut Butter Balls.
Mix peanut butter and cocoa together:
Form into balls and place in the refrigerator:
After being in the refrigerator for awhile (about 30 minutes) you can dip in chocolate or powdered sugar OR just leave them as is! Any of those ways are super yummy!
